Win Defrag is a fake application which works by installing itself onto your PC and then causing all sorts of problems in an attempt to get you to buy the fake upgrade to this program. This will typically install itself from a fake download / other Internet source, and will then continually show you lots of false scanning results in an attempt to get you to buy the false upgrade to the software.
